Born from a relative's Sunday
For three years we watched a family member run a 14-agent property business out of DLF V on WhatsApp, Excel, and an exhausting amount of personal goodwill. Every Sunday was Canva. Every night was triage. Every Monday was the lost lead they didn't reply to fast enough. Tools existed — some Indian, some American — but they all felt the same: forms-and-fields databases that asked the agent to do all the work. We thought somebody should build the assistant instead.
Built by people who'd watched the job get done
We brought in three brokers from Gurugram and Bangalore as design partners on day one — not as advisors, as builders. They drew the pipeline. They wrote the AI agent's first prompts. They told us what hours brokers actually answered WhatsApp. The first BricksDeck — a 4 BHK in DLF Pinnacle — was a Sotheby's-style spread on cream paper. The seller cried. The buyer screenshot it within the hour. We knew we had it.
