One workspace for every property, every lead, every deal.
Properties, leads, clients, deals, calls, tasks, commissions — all inside one cream-paper workspace. Universal pipeline stages for sale and rental flows. An 8 AM daily brief on WhatsApp with the day's plate. Nothing on sticky notes, nothing in Excel, nothing left behind.
Most CRMs are forms-and-fields databases. You enter information, the CRM displays it back. Useful, but you're still doing every job. BricksDeck flipped that. The CRM holds your pipeline, sure, but it also pings you 30 minutes before a callback, posts a daily plate of tasks on your WhatsApp at 8 AM, and celebrates when a commission lands. It is the assistant first, the database second.
Stop juggling tabs. Start closing.
Universal stages — sale, rental, both
We built one funnel of client statuses (New → Qualified → Visiting → Negotiating → Won → Closed). After Won, the per-deal flow diverges based on type — sale deals move through token-agreement-registration-handover; rentals through deposit-agreement-move-in. You don't need to choose; the system knows.
The 8 AM WhatsApp brief
Every morning at 8 AM IST, your WhatsApp pings with the day's plate: new leads since last night, follow-ups due today, visits on the calendar, deals waiting on your nudge. It's the morning ritual your team never had — except you didn't have to build it.
30-minute follow-up nudges
Set a callback for 4 PM. At 3:30 PM your phone pings with the buyer's last message, the last BricksDeck you sent, and the deal's stage. You walk into the callback already context-loaded. No more ‘remind me — what were we discussing?’
Deal-stage notifications + commission celebrations
When a deal moves to Token Received, you and your partner get a quiet WhatsApp confirmation. When the commission credits to your account (via Razorpay reconciliation), a small celebration message lands with the exact amount and the deal name. The dopamine the spreadsheet never gave you.
Per-agent preferences and opt-in / opt-out
Multi-tenant by design — each branch gets its own workspace, each agent picks which notifications they want and on which channel (WhatsApp / email / both). All outbound messages use Meta-approved templates so you're always inside WhatsApp Business policy.
The CRM stops being a tax. It starts being the reason your team finally feels organised — without a single training session.
